How do I inform those in my network that they have access?

From within iRealtyManager, you can send them an e-mail message that includes a user ID and password with which they can access your property data.

What can they do with my data once I’ve shared it with them?

It is totally up to you!

You can give them the ability to only view or edit your property information. Furthermore, if you have more than one property, you can give them access to only those properties you select and only those specific properties you select.

For example, you can give your maintenance technician access to only your properties maintenance reports. They cannot deny you access to your property data.

Can I remove people out of my network?

Yes, you can remove access for anyone but the property data's creator.
